This is a case where the education & tech sectors have intersected for the wrong reasons.
I have a student named Alexa. I innocently moved her close to the door when changing the seating arrangement. Now I have great classroom entertainment as I say, "Alexa, can you close the door?" "Alexa, turn off the lights." Poor Alexa. There has been a lot of giggling.
